Return Window: The 14-day return window starts when an item is delivered, not the entire order if it arrives in multiple shipments.
Initiating Returns: Customers can initiate a return through the contact us page.
Multiple Items: Multiple items can be returned in one package.
Return Shipping: Customers have the option to return items with a free pre-paid shipping label (refunded to store credit), a pre-paid shipping label with a fee deducted from their refund, or they can handle their own return shipping.
International Returns: Thrifted Society does not offer pre-paid return labels for orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States, and international returns are for the customer to handle.
Refund Options:
Store Credit: Customers can choose to receive a refund in Thrifted Society store credit, which cannot be converted to cash or refunded to the original form of payment.
Original Form of Payment with Shipping Fee: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, but a shipping fee (usually $10.00) will be deducted from the refund.
Original Form of Payment without Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund to their original payment method.
Inaccurate Description/Quality Issues: If an item does not match its description or has quality issues, customers can select "Inaccurate Description" or "Quality Issue" when you contact us.
